Matthew Magdic, DNP, FNP-C, received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008. He went on to earn his Doctor of Nursing Practice from Robert Morris University in 2015 and earned his certification as a family nurse practitioner from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners’ certification board. He has been working as a family nurse practitioner in the field of nephrology for over four years and has experience treating patients with chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injuries, end stage renal disease, electrolyte abnormalities and hypertension.

Matthew is passionate about providing patient-centered care and help empower patients to participate in their healthcare to strive for overall better outcomes.

When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four young children.
